Windom Area School will host the 38th annual Veterans Day Program at 9:30 a.m. on Monday in the Blue Gym.
This year’s guest speaker is Pam Krill, a retired Air Force veteran. Krill is from Minnesota and she spent 21 years in the Air Force. She currently lives near Blue Earth.
“It truly is an honor, I’ve been to the Windom event before and it will be an honor to be able to talk to the veterans and the community,” she said.
Krill is a 21-year Air Force veteran who moved back to Minnesota in 2015 after she retired.
Originally from Kingston, she graduated from Annandale High School and she enlisted in the United States Air Force after graduation. She attended basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
