The Windom Area Health campus is in the middle of one of its most significant changes, with the long-term goal of making Windom a regional center of care for patients and physicians alike.
Work is progressing on the new $30 million medical building, attached to the main hospital building, but the finish line for the project is within sight.
WAH Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing Brady Kerkman said they expect the new facility to open by March 2025. The new building has made great progress, with the initial construction beginning in October 2023.
