Windom Area Schools will host a community information session at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 in the Lecture Hall at the Middle High School.
Come and learn about the facilities study that the district completed and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of all arts and athletic programs.
The school board is seeking the community’s input through a survey. The survey will describe the needs and solutions as well as ask community members to prioritize projects.
This survey will arrive in the mailboxes of all households in the district on or around Nov. 13. This community information session would be a good opportunity to learn facts about the process that the district has engaged with, the current needs of the district, potential tax impact, and the efforts put forth by leaders to bring down costs.
