BSC Meet
Windom’s boys finished third and the girls placed seventh in the small-school division of the Big South Conference Meet, held Tuesday at Minn-Iowa Golf Course in Elmore.
The Eagle boys finished with 76 points. Luverne won the meet with 31 points.
The Eagle girls finished with 155 points. Redwood Valley won the meet with 23 points.
Individually, Windom’s boys were led by Bryce Green, who earned All-Conference honors with a career-best time of 16:39, good for eighth place at the meet.
The Eagle boys also had three honorable mention finishers. Braylen Lyons placed 12th (17:13), followed by Isaac Bordewyk in 17th (17:54) and Nolan Tjentland in 18th (18:00). Caelen Ralston added a 21st-place finish (18:17).
For the girls, Macie Carlson earned an honorable mention all-conference finish, placing 13th with a time of 21:08.
Jesselle Sosa was 30th (23:06), followed by Gretta Smith in 37th (23:49), Penelope Roberts in 42nd (24:06) and Jocelyn Frank in 43rd (24:08).
