Early voting for the November general election is already underway in Cottonwood County.
Voters in all county precincts can cast ballots before the Nov. 5 election in person at the Auditor/Tresurer’s office, during business hours — Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
In addition, the auditor/treasurer’s office has announced special extended and weekend times for in-person early and absentee voting. Those dates and times are:
• Oct. 26: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Oct. 29: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Nov. 2: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Nov. 3: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Nov. 4: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The county auditor/treasurer’s web page also has a feature to allow users to look up their voter registration, find information on how to register to vote and find information on how to apply for an absentee ballot.
