Shannon Rose (Schaffer) Schroeder age 62 of Jeffers Mn, formally of Windom Mn. Stepped into the stirrup for her final ride on September 17, 2024. After a long battle with cancer, she passed away at the Worthington Area Hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family as she rode into peaceful pastures, free of pain. Shannon is survived by her daughter Ariel Rose Simon (Tabor Runck) of Springfield Mn. Her sisters, Marie (Tony) Bornhoft of Windom Mn, Jolene Post of Valley Alabama. Nieces Kaylarr Hansen of Milford Ia, and Kendra Hansen (Brandon Swarts) of Windom Mn. And her stepfather Jack Schaffer of Windom Mn and her uncle Les Schaffer of Jeffers Mn. She was preceded in death by mother Rosemary H. Schaffer, and grandparents Arther L. & Marie K. Anderson.
