Mt. Lake’s Heritage Fair will be celebrated on Sept. 14 this year as organizers are doing some last minute touch-ups on buildings and the grounds.
A new gazebo is expected to be added this year. Other than that, routine maintenance on many of the buildings has been done throughout the spring and summer, whenever volunteers were able to tackle the items.
The event kicks off at 10 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m. and there are various activities planned, as well as a large variety of traditional Mennonite food.
