The Federal Emergency Management Agency has granted Cottonwood County’s request for individual assistance from last month’s flooding.
Cottonwood County Emergency Manager Paul Johnson stated he received notice late Monday afternoon, and that information would be coming out soon on how and where to apply.
“I checked the online link and nothing was up yet,” Johnson said. “While it’s nice to know our request was granted, we still have to have some patience for things to get set up.”
