The Windom School Board moved quickly to pass a short-term solution to provide home games for the soccer and football programs this fall.
The school normally plays its home football games at Island Park, but that facility won’t be able to be used this fall due to the flooding earlier this summer.
The board approved a motion to allow the district to play home football and soccer games on the interior of the high school track facility this fall.
