Windom’s Business, Arts and Recreation Center will have its BARC Community Block Party on Monday, July 29 in downtown Windom.
The event runs from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on the east side lawn at BARC, which is located at 1012 5th Ave. Enjoy a brat or burger meal with chips, beans, beverage and a cookie. A freewill donation is requested and takeouts are available.
