Cottonwood County Public Works announced that the two county parks that had been closed due to flooding had been reopened to the public, effective Thursday.
Pat’s Grove County Park and Mountain County Park had been closed since the beginning of the flooding in the area. Both parks were reopened on Thursday.
The only county road that remains closed is County Road 99, northeast of Mt. Lake, due to a washed out culvert.
