Trojans sweep Eagles

The Windom Eagle golf teams each took a loss Friday against Worthington at GreatLife Golf Course in Worthington.

The Eagle boys dropped a 173-178 decision to the Trojans. Worthington’s girls scored a 218 against an incomplete Eagle team.

The Eagle boys were paced by Eli Lund, who earned meet medalist honors with a 39. Carter Rossow shot a 44, followed by Landon Pillatzki with a 46 and Shaun Schunk with a 49.

For the girls, Ada Lund was the meet medalist, firing a 45. Olivia Joyce scored a 66.

RTR Quad

Red Rock Central’s boys were third and the girls played incomplete at a four-team meet held Friday at the Tyler Golf Course.

RRC’s boys shot a 195. Canby won the meet with a 168. The Russell-Tyler-Ruthton girls won with a 199.

RRC’s boys were led by Keagan Steen with a 45. Gavin Willardson shot a 47. Crisandy Maliksi added  50.

Aryanna Weber was the lone Falcon girl in the meet, shooting a 65.
