Date set for Highway 60 hearing

A public hearing on the proposed MnDOT Highway 60 corridor project in Windom will be held June 4, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Windom City Hall council chambers.

The purpose of the hearing is to present the proposed final layout for the highway project and for the public to submit comments on the project.

There also will be open house events to gather public opinion before the county will vote on whether or not to give MnDOT approval for the project.

The project proposes signal replacement and lane restriping, which would take place in 2025.
