GOLF: Lund takes fourth at Worthington

Worthington Invite

A windy day Saturday didn’t keep girls golfers from the area from opening the 2024 season at GreatLife Golf Course in Worthington at the Trojan Invitational.

For the Windom Eagles, just one player made the trek to Worthington to start the season.

Junior Ada Lund turned in a strong performance, finishing fourth overall with an 18-hole score of 100.

Worthington won the team portion of the tournament.
