The Windom Eagle girls basketball team raced to a commanding early lead and made it stick the rest of the way Tuesday night, rolling to a 76-56 win over St. James at Windom.

That helped the Eagles blow things open early, using a 10-0 run to take the lead for good early in the contest.

Hadley Sammons led the Eagles with 30 points in the win. Hannah Dauer added 19 points. Tristyn Maras had 12 points and 12 rebounds and Leah Hauge finished with nine points and 12 rebounds.
