The Windom Eagle girls and boys varsity basketball teams will have the chance to play on a professional floor in a few weeks.
Windom Activities Director Jacob Johnson confirmed earlier this week that the Eagle teams will play a girl/boy doubleheader against St. James on Jan. 6 at the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis.
The girls game would begin at 1:45 p.m., while the boys game would begin at 3:30 p.m.
The game had originally been scheduled to be a St. James home game, but a cooperative effort between the schools secured the date for the games to be played at Target Center.
