At the recent Windom Library Board meeting, it was announced that 32 permit tests for driving were given in the month of October and more bookings are slated through December.
As per the new law in Minnesota, any person living in Minnesota can now take the written test.
Head librarian Kari Hanson announced that she is going to start coming in at 7 a.m. on Wednesdays to allow students to test early in the day. The new guidelines and law are making it hard for some students to get an appointment.
