The St. James/Windom/Madelia boys soccer team tied the game in the second half but gave up a late goal Thursday, falling 2-1 to Southwest Christian at St. James.
SWC scored in the opening half, but a penalty on the Eagles gave the Wings a penalty shot early in the second half. Hector Vivos Marbys rifled home the penalty kick, tying the game at 1-1.
But late in the game, the Eagles worked into the Wings defensive zone and found Grant Busker in front of the net for a goal.
