The Windom Area School Board reached a lease agreement with the Southwest/West Central Service Cooperative.
At Monday’s work session, the board approved the lease extension for the former Winfair building, which will run through June 30, 2024 at a rate of $12,335 per month.
SWWC operates the alternative learning center out of the former Winfair building.
