The Windom Eagle volleyball team improved to 2-0 for the season Tuesday, surging to a 3-0 sweep over Tracy-Milroy-Balaton at Windom.
After a tight opening set, the Eagles pulled away late, claiming a 25-20 win. Windom then went on a lengthy run at the end of the second set, claiming a 25-14 win before sealing the match 25-14 in set three.
Windom was led by Tristyn Maras with three ace serves. Hannah Dauer and Anja Nielsen had two ace serves each.
Dauer had a team-high 13 kills in the win. Maras added 11 and Leah Hauge had eight. Maras added three solo blocks while Hauge finished with two.
Charlee Huska had a team-high 16 set assists. Kadyn Paulson finished with 14 digs.
