Cottonwood County engineer Nick Klisch said that despite road construction on County Road 13 in Windom, Cottonwood County fair-goers should be able to park as normal.
Klisch said parking and travel on County Road 13 west of Fourth Avenue can resume as usual and the road is open.
He said work will continue this week east of Fourth Avenue. He also said crews will resume working on the road west of Fourth Avenue on Monday, Aug. 14.
On 13th Street, there is only parking on the north side of the road, there is no parking on the south side of the road.
Also, parking is free at this year’s fair.
