Windom’s 13th Street and Ninth Street are getting a facelift along with multiple sidewalk pedestrian ramps.
Cottonwood County Engineer Nick Klisch and Engineering Technician Todd Thurmer expect much to be done before the Cottonwood County Fair, which starts the week of Aug. 7.
