The Windom Pirates will open the Region 13C playoffs tonight at Island Park, hosting game one of a best-of-three series against the Hadley Buttermakers.
Game time tonight at Island Park is 7:30 p.m.
Windom was seeded fourth in the region, while Hadley received the fifth seed.
Game two of the series is scheduled for Saturday at Hadley, beginning at 2 p.m. Game three, if necessary, will be played Sunday at Island Park, starting at 2 p.m.
Because tonight’s game is a regional playoff game, admission will be charged at the gate. Admission rates, as set by the region, are $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 5-18. Children under the age of 5 have free admission.

#7 Lakefield vs. #2 Fairmont
#6 Jackson vs. #3 Milroy Irish
The winners of the four first-round series will continue with semifinal series, starting Aug. 2. The first-round winners also all receive a bid into the Class C State Tournament, as Region 13C has four qualifying teams this year, based on attendance at previous region and state tournaments.
