The 22nd annual Business, Arts and Recreation Center Community Block Party will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on July 31 on the east lawn of the BARC in Windom.
Enjoy a burger or brat meal with chips, beans, beverage and cookie. A freewill donation is being accepted.
