The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners will meet Wednesday, beginning at 9 a.m., at the county courthouse in Windom.
The meeting is being held Wednesday due to the Independence Day holiday on Tuesday, which is the regular day for meetings.
On the agenda, the board will hear a request to hire a deputy recorder and get an update on legislation impacting the county recorder’s office.
The board will act on a conditional use permit and hear information on a geologic survey of the county.
The board also will act on payment for a project and hear a request for reimbursement.
