Premium Iowa Pork has announced that they are officially the new owners of the former HyLife plant in Windom.
In a statement to the press, PIP President Dan Paquin said, “We are looking forward to being a part of the Windom community and continuing to do what PIP does best: bring high-quality pork products to families’ tables.”
PIP has not as yet responded to Citizen requests concerning a possible timeframe when the Windom plant may be ready to go back into operation again, or at what scale.
