Minnesota Public Radio reported recently that the state of Minnesota has opened an investigation into possible wage theft against HyLife Foods.
According to MPR, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s (DLI) standards board revealed the investigation in a statement of interest on June 6 to the Department of Homeland Security.
