Recently, HyLife officials released information that efforts are still underway to sell the Windom pork processing plant.
A couple of weeks ago, the company announced that if the plant is not sold, it could close sometime before June 2, with over 1,000 jobs at stake.
HyLife President and CEO Grant Lazaruk stated: “We remain focused on selling the Windom facility. Our leadership is navigating the process and in conversations with interested buyers. Currently, the plant continues to operate and produce high-quality products.
Hy-Life is not commenting at this time upon who the interested buyers may be.
