Windom Area Schools will be looking to fill its grades PreK-4 principal position as part of its administrative restructuring.
At Monday’s meeting, the school board learned that interviews are being planned soon, with the hope to have the new elementary principal in place within two weeks.
Current Elementary Principal Dane Nielsen will become the grades 5-8 principal next year, with Bryan Joyce remaining as grades 9-12 principal. As part of the administrative restructuring, the district is phasing out assistant principals at both the elementary and middle high school.
