The city of Windom’s tree program is still taking applications for tree planting.
Dave Bucklin of the Cottonwood Soil & Water Conservation District said that applications for ordering trees should have arrived in February’s utility bill. If you didn’t get the application or misplaced it, you can contact the city office at 831-6129.
