The Windom Area Chamber of Commerce did not have to go far to find its executive director.
The Chamber board has named Emily Cenzano to the post. She has close ties to the Chamber, having served on its board since 2018.
Cenzano said she was tempted to apply for the job when it came open previously, but the timing was wrong.
“I felt like the timing was there this time,” said Cenzano, a 2000 graduate of Windom Area High School. “I know what the position is, having served on the board.”
