Due to the winter storm, offices at Citizen Publishing will be closing at 12:45 p.m.
The City of Windom announced it will be closing its city offices and the public library at noon today.
As of noon today, the Windom City Council meeting for tonight is on as scheduled.
Additionally, the Cottonwood County Highway Department is advising no travel in the county, due to heavy snowfall. Travel is currently not advised on nearly all major highways in Southwest Minnesota.
