The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners will meet Wednesday, beginning at 3:45 p.m., at the county courthouse in Windom.
The meeting will begin with a closed session to consider discipline of an employee.
Also on the agenda, the board will act on final payment for a highway project and on a resolution for disaster aid funding.
The board will hear a report on the county’s recycling program and the Cottonwood-Jackson CEO program. The board also will consider updated guidelines and renewal of the home initiative program, and will act to approve the final budget and levy for 2023.
The board also will consider an easement request from Summit Carbon Solutions for a proposed pipeline project. The board will then go into closed session to discuss contract negotiations.
The meeting will reopen at 6 p.m. for the annual Truth in Taxation hearing.
