Plans are set for a new 5K walk/run event at this year’s Windom Riverfest.
Sponsored by HyLife, the “HyLife HyFive 5 K Community Run” is set for June 11 at 9 a.m. Participants are invited to either walk or run competitively in the event.
An ad in this weekend’s Shopper includes registration information for the event. Anyone who signs up by May 19 will receive a free performance material event t-shirt.
Proceeds from the HyFive 5K registration go to the Windom Area Health Foundation.
