Windom’s boys placed third and the girls finished sixth at the Redwood Valley Invitational Tuesday in Redwood Falls.
The Eagle boys finished with 108 points. Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial-Nicollet won the meet with 139 points.
The Eagle girls scored 44½ points. Canby-Minneota won the team title with 154 points.
The Eagle boys were led by double-event winner Alex Altman, who won the shot put (44-5) and discus (130-7). Bryan Macario added a victory in the 400 (54.48). Serreyn finished first in the triple jump (43-5½), second in the high jump (6-0) and third in the long jump (18-11½). And the 4×400 relay team of Macario, Teigen Wormstadt, Carter Vancura and Serreyn placed first with a time of 3:46.31.
Aaden Nauman finished third in the 1,600 (4:58.30) and Thomas Green was third in the 3,200 (11:23.38).
Elliot Espenson led the girls, finishing second in the shot put (31-11) and third in the discus (82-1). Kaylee Walklin took third in the 1,600 (5:25.81). Lucy Stevens finished third in the 400 (1:06.37).
