On Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Sogge Memorial Dining Room 10 people will be honored at the Good Samaritan Society in Windom, eight of whom are already 100 years old and two who will turn 100 this year.
The event is called “a Century March.” Each client will be escorted by a member of the Windom Area High School Honor Society. The honorees will each receive a crown and a sash to wear.
The emcee for this event is Mayor Dominic Jones.
This event is a part of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society celebrating 100 years of service on Sept. 29.
