Windom’s south Cottonwood Lake housing development is expected to take another step forward at today’s regular meeting of the Windom Economic Development Authority.
The board is expected to receive feedback from apartment complex developers regarding Tax Increment Financing requests. It appears the project will include an apartment complex with 35 to 40 units. In addition, there are plans for seven lakeshore lots, four more single family lots and four townhomes.
Construction at the site is expected to begin in the spring.
