Windom’s senior high Knowledge Bowl team was shorthanded last week, but still competed in the Adrian Invitational.
The Windom team of Faith Ford and Elizabeth Ngisa totaled 22 points to finish 14th in the 15-team meat. The twosome scored 12 points in the written round and seven and eight points in the two oral rounds of competition.
Jackson County Central 1 won the the meet with 57 points, while Adrian-Ellsworth 1 was second with 53.5 points and Murray County Central 1 finished third with 51.5 points.
A total of six schools participated in the meet.
Windom travels to Mt. Lake Monday for its next Knowledge Bowl meet.
