Cobras drop three
The Windom-Mt. Lake wrestling team dropped three straight duals Friday night at a quadrangular held in New Ulm.
The Cobras opened with a 45-18 loss to Glencoe-Silver Lake-Lester Prairie, then dropped a 54-18 decision to New Ulm before falling 47-30 to Redwood Valley.
In the opener against GSLLP, the Cobras had falls from Aiden Holmberg (120), Caden Swoboda (138) and Micah Holmberg (182).
Against New Ulm, the Cobras had falls from Eagan Maras (145) and Micah Holmberg (182). Jared Hunter (113) and Swoboda (138) won by decision.
Against Redwood Valley, the Cobras had falls from Kameron Koerner (113), Swoboda (138), Montgomery Bjorklund (152) and Micah Holmberg (182). WML added a forfeit victory.
