Stuck vehicle leads to DWI arrest

A report of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank led to a DWI arrest in Windom Sunday night.

The incident was reported to police at 9:35 p.m, on 12th Street, near First Avenue.

Upon investigation DWI charges are pending against a 40-year-old Windom male, pending the results of BCA blood tests. The suspect also faces warrants out of Nobles and Waseca counties.
