Eagle girls fall to New Ulm

The Windom Area girls hockey team couldn’t get any offensive traction Friday night, dropping a 6-0 decision to league-leading New Ulm at the Windom Arena.

New Ulm raced to a 4-0 lead after one period, then outshot the Eagles 21-1 in the second period to take a 6-0 lead.

New Ulm outshot the Eagles 48-9 for the game.

Fiona Robillard finished with 42 saves in the loss for the Eagles.
