In a case that began on the evening of Jan. 8, officers from Windom and Mt. Lake conferred about a Mt. Lake female who reported harassment issues while working in Windom.
As a result of further investigation, it was determined by police that between Jan. 6 and Jan. 9, a 28-year-old Butterfield man had monitored and followed the woman.The man was arrested on felony charges of stalking, harassment and first-degree damage to property.
