Major changes are coming for the drivers and prospective drivers of Cottonwood County.
The Windom driver’s exam station will re-open on Jan. 24.
At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic the Department of Public Safety closed Windom’s exam station causing everyone who needed a road or knowledge test to drive to another county. The same was true for those who needed to pay a re-instatement fee.
Online scheduling is one way to make an appointment at the exam station. In addition, appointments will be taken by telephone at 651-284-1000.
