The proposed Cottonwood Lake housing development will be front and center at today’s meeting of the Windom Economic Development Authority.
The board is expected to discussed proposals for a proposed senior/executive apartment complex in that area, along with the housing development itself. There is also a possible closed session planned, related to further land negotiations.
A purchase agreement is reportedly near completion for the city’s purchase of Cemstone property at Cottonwood Lake and Cemstone’s purchase of land in North Windom Industrial Park.
Today’s EDA meeting begins at noon at Windom City Hall.
