Windom council to discuss street superintendent resignation

At tonight’s regular meeting, the Windom City Council will consider the resignation of Street and Park Superintendent Brian Cooley.

Cooley, who is currently on leave from his position, said in a letter to the council that he is resigning for health reasons. If approved by the council, the resignation would take effect Dec. 28.

Jon Ketzenberg of Windom has been handling Cooley’s duties since being appointed interim street superintendent in December.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Windom City Council chamber.
