The Windom City Council gave the street department staff plenty of kudos at last week’s regular meeting for their work in clearing a recent 10-inch snowfall.
“When I woke up the next morning, the streets were cleared, the alleys were plowed and the lots were clear,” said Mayor Dominic Jones. “The staff did an excellent job!”
