Mt. Lake Public School will be offering a pair of vaccination clinics for its students, aged 5 and older.
Forms were sent home with students and e-mailed to parents. For students to receive a vaccination, the forms must be completed and returned to the district office by Dec. 14.
Peterson Pharmacy and Gifts of Mt. Lake will provide and administer the vaccines. The vaccine will be the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, which is the only vaccine that has been approved for children under the age of 18. It is a two-dose vaccination.
Students would receive the first dose on Dec. 16 and the second dose on Jan. 6.
Parents with questions should contact the MLPS district office.
