Windom residents will get a chance to try a police video training system for a few minutes today.
The police MILO Range training will be open to the public at 15-minute intervals from 4 to 7 p,m. in the basement of the Cottonwood County Law Enforcement Center. It will be residents’ chance to experience a critical incident through the eyes of a police officer for a few minutes.
Incidents projected on a large screen are linked via technology to laser guns allowing participants to make the same snap decisions officers make.
