At a recent meeting, the Windom EDA board held hearings on two property sales — one at North Windom Industrial Park and one for a one-acre parcel at River Bend Center.
If all goes as planned, both of those sales could become official within a few weeks.
The NWIP sale involves a 5.3-acre parcel on the property’s east edge and is being purchased by Cemstone.
Meanwhile, the EDA board has been careful not to reveal the purchaser of a one-acre lot just south of River Bend Liquor.
