It isn’t often that a burglary results in a net gain of items for the victim, but that’s what apparently occurred in a Windom incident last week.
According to Windom police officers, a Windom woman reported that someone broke into her 2005 Dodge van. After investigation, it was determined that nothing was missing from the vehicle. However, the intruder left behind a cell phone and also a bicycle, which was parked nearby.
The case remains under investigation.
